I use the end of the year, as an annual habit… December always has a Vision Board experience, for myself and my clients. The lull in between Christmas and the New Year is where I go through my YIR process and that sets the stage for the beginning of getting clear about goals for the new year. I’ll be sharing more about that in the coming weeks. If you’d like to know how I do my Year In Review (YIR) process, read on…
What did you love and celebrate? Did you start a new habit that served you? Did you create a healthy eating routine? Love a class at the gym? Did you feel better when you meditated? How about when you tried mindfulness? What did you learn? Did you join a supportive group, make a new friend, move your body more? What did you try that worked better in your business… starting at the same time every day? Networking regularly? Perhaps as simple as asking for what you need? Doing similar tasks on a certain day of the week? Actively working with your calendar and scheduling everything important? Maybe focus on limiting expenses? Whatever is already working, or that you wish to expand in the coming year… you guessed it. Make a list.
